The company is primarily responsible for introducing educational and lodging facilities for our customers. We are not liable for the following:
- Incidents that occur within the educational or lodging facilities
- If the company is unable to introduce an educational or lodging facility due to maximum capacity
- If our customer is unable to issue or reissue their passport or visa if needed
- If the post offices misplaces or loses important documents such as the I-20's for our customers
- If our customer is denied entry into the country
